About Trace

Trace is a venture-backed startup building the fan identity layer for sport — turning live moments into collectible digital signals that make unseen fandom visible.

We started Trace from our own obsession as sports fans, particularly in motorsport, football, cricket, and tennis. That fan-first mindset shapes everything we build.

So far, we’ve had 100K+ fan signups and have worked with the ATP Tour. Now we’re looking to cultivate our community of early adopters - especially in F1 - as we navigate towards product-market fit.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Intern to work directly with the founding team on early-stage growth experiments. This is not a “watch from the sidelines” role — you’ll be in the engine room helping us test, learn, and ship.

Our priority is to drive retention and growth of the Bingo experience we trialled at the end of the last F1 season, which saw very strong engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Help identify and engage creators, communities and superfans
• Write and send email campaigns to activate and retain fans
• Create and distribute simple growth content (posts, assets, short videos)
• Be an active presence in Discord and community channels
• Support live operations during sporting events eg, F1 races
• Collect insights from users and turn them into learnings
• Work closely with the founder(s) on real decisions, fast
